All rental pricing covers Friday, Saturday, and Sunday until 3:00 p.m. Pricing for camping or renting the site for your events is as follows:
Events held at this site may carry separate entry fees for attendees - this page applies only to those renting the site for their own camping or events.
1. Rough Camping (not related to events or event pricing) - $10.00 per person for the first 5, then only $5 per each additional person. This includes unlimited use of the pool if the clubhouse is unoccupied, outdoor showers, indoor showers, indoor toilets, but NOT THE CLUBHOUSE KITCHEN. If the clubhouse is occupied/rented while you are camping, the pool area and clubhouse shall be considered off-limits unless you are voluntarily invited by the clubhouse renter(s).
2. To use the heated sauna section of the pool, it's $50 extra per day for up to 4 hours of use.
3. Club house rental- $100 cleaning deposit (fully refundable if you leave the place as clean as you found it), $20 per person up to 5 people- then just $10 per additional person. This includes all outdoor use, pool, showers, indoor toilets, heat and air, kitchen. You can invite any outdoor campers to the pool/ sauna if you like.
4. Private entire campsite rental - If you want to rent the whole campsite privately, such as for a wedding, you may reserve it for a non-refundable reservation fee of $50 as far in advance as you wish. The fees for private rental are as follows: $100 cleaning deposit (fully refundable if you leave the place as clean as you found it), flat whole-site fee of $300, heated sauna section of the pool $50 per day for up to 6 hours. The kitchen is available and fully stocked (see Clubhouse page), but you must bring your own paper plates, utensils, cups etc... There are 10 round tables 8' wide and 50 chairs, catering-style food warmers, pots and pans.
5. Your own camping event? (You must be a private members-only club or church, and can't invite the public unless each of them is registered as a guest of a member, as in livingston parish it is very difficult to get the permits). $100 cleaning deposit, $150 for up to the first 15 persons, just $5 for each additional person, and the heated sauna portion of the pool just $50 per night for up to 4 hours use.
