THIS IS A FAMILY ORIENTED CLOTHING ONLY EVENT - YOU MUST GIVE FULL PARENTAL CONSENT, FILL OUT THE FORM FOR EACH CHILD INCLUDING YOU, MUST MUST MUST HAVE YOUR PICTURE I.D. OR YOU WON'T GET IN!
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR CHILDREN SUPERVISED AT ALL TIMES. THERE WILL BE A CLOTHING OPTIONAL TIME AT THE POOL AFTER 9:00 p.m. ABSOLUTELY NO MINORS! THERE WILL BE A GAURD AT THE GATE.
By filling out themember/guest forms at the gate or pre registering, we keep this a "private" function.
Absolutely no firearms at anytime and of anykind including BB guns! you can bring bows and arrows for the archery wall only!
1. All camping will be on the weekends only-Wends, thurs, Sat, and Sun. Unless otherwise arranged with me OR DURING ANY FESTIVAL TIMES. Call me 225- 532- 9520
2. RVs are welcome in designated areas. There are no hook ups and no dumpstation. However there is a RV campground nearby that will allow you to dump waste water for $5.00. Generators will be welcome if they are not NOISEMAKERS! Be considerate of other campers. If your generator is too noisy I will have you put your RV on battery power only.
3. Campfires are allowed and you can pick up any fallen wood and cut any fallen wood - no chainsaws! Do not cut trees or branches from trees. Do not cut wood if you are not familiar with the proper care and use of the tools you using to cut wood! You MUST dig a pit or have a container of some sort!
4. Always be aware of your surroundings - do not camp under potentially falling branches, snakes, gators.
5. Are there any poisonous snakes, bugs, wild animals out here? Yes, we are out in the country and surrounded by a swamp. Absolutely no fire arms!
6. All trash will be put in plastic bags and taken to the road or the trash trailer if provided--be responsible and keep your campsite clean and free of trash!
7. All minors shall be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
8. Dogs are not allowed unless they are SERVICE ANIMALS! SORRY TOO MANY PEOPLE HAVE YAPPY DOGS THAT ARE NOT CONTROLLED!
10. Cameras and video are allowed only if the one getting his or her picture taken gives full consent! Be aware of the people in the background. If this privilege is abused, the camera and video will be erased, and you may be ejected from the campground!
11. All events are rain or shine - absolutely no refunds!
12. All alcoholic beverages are BYOB. NO DRUGS!!! Be responsible. If you get wasted be prepared to stay the night or have a designated driver. Those individuals who are inebriated may be ejected at the discretion of any Campground employee. No glass containers at the pool area.
13. The pool has no lifeguard on duty--no Diving! The pool is only 4ft deep. Swim at your own risk. Don't fall in the swamp from the dock--Please only 4 people at a time on the dock.
14. Any wildcrafted herbs are the sole responsibility of the individual harvesting them. (Come on People- I mean Milkweed, blessed thistle- used for liver tonics, clover, Berries etc. I don't have anything illegal out here, but I'm not going to be responsible if you make a tea out of poison ivy!)
15. Any infractions of the mundane laws are grounds for immediate expulsion and possible arrest!
16. All cars must stop at the front entrance and register.
17. Bring everything you think you will need! I don't provide for your comforts! Look at the suggested list of things you might want to bring. No one uses the clubhouse refrigerator nor cooking facilities! You may use the showers and party inside. DO NOT use the Cups or paper plates that are provided for the Guests sleeping in the clubhouse!- bring your own stuff!
18. ALL ADULTS MUST HAVE A PICTURE ID. ANY ADULT WITHOUT ONE WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
19. Only Band members, Guest Speakers, staff members that spend the night are aloud to sleep in the clubhouse, Unless otherwise arranged by me in advance!
20. I have volunteer slots- everyone who volunteers for the major spots get in free! Other family members, guests etc.. must pay full price unless they voluteer too! Look at the volunteer page for the slots!
21. After 11:00 P.M. Gate closes at night no one enters nor leaves! (unless arranged in advance).
22. Anyone being disrespectful to altars, teachers, rules will be immediately removed without refund.
