1. All applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and ordinances apply here. We do not advocate any infringement on any of the public rules. Absolutely NO illegal substances or behaviors will be tolerated under any circumstance whatsoever. Violators will be expelled and/or prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, as appropriate.
2. The operating hours for this campground are as follows: Open Friday at 6am, Close Sunday at 3pm.
3. RVs are welcome in designated areas. Although there are no utility connections or dump stations available yet, there is an RV campground nearby which will allow you to dump waste water for $5.00. Generators are allowed as long as they are not too loud. Be considerate of other campers. If your generator is too noisy, campground management may ask you to switch your RV to battery power only.
4. Campfires are allowed, and you may pick up and cut any fallen wood you find for your fire, but please - no chainsaws! Do not cut live trees. If there isn't enough fallen wood, there is usually some for sale nearby. Do not cut wood if you are not familiar with the proper care and use of the tools you
5. Always be aware of your surroundings. See that you don't pitch a tent under suspicious branches. Deadfall can destroy your property or harm you. There is plenty of clear area. Camp at your own risk.
6. Firearms are not permitted. Hunters must make other arrangements. There is a wide variety of wildlife around the area, but on this property you must not harm them.
7. All trash will be put in plastic bags and taken to the road or the trash trailer if provided--be responsible and keep your campsite clean and free of trash.
8. Parental discretion and supervision is advised. The campground and its affiliates are not responsible for any result of lack of supervision.
9. Pets are allowed and encouraged, however they are the campers' responsibility. If pets are not controlled and cause any nuisance, you may be asked to leave. Again, be respectful of others please.
10. It's beautiful here. Take all the pictures and video you like, but be aware of what is in each frame. If you wish to capture images or video of others, you must have their signed consent. Thank you for respecting others' privacy.
11. Due to the popularity of our site, we cannot offer any refunds due to weather conditions or other circumstance out of our control. Please give us 24 hours notice prior to cancellation of any event or camping reservation time, and we will return any deposit accordingly. Less notice will necessarily result in a 'no refund' policy. Thank you for your cooperation.
12. Alcoholic beverages are allowed at any time. However, please drink responsibly. For your safety, do not operate a motor vehicle or powered tool while under the influence of any alcohol. Please do not bring glass containers to the pool area.
13. The pool is only 4ft deep. Swim at your own risk and do not attempt to dive. There is a dock, which you may walk on into the swamp at the back of the lot. Enjoy the scenery, make sure children wear floatation devices, do not swim in the swamp water, and please limit foot traffic to 4 persons at a time on the dock.
14. Feel free to take or make use of small quantities of herbs you may happen upon, but at your own risk. Misuse of herbs or ingestion of poisonous substances can result in illness, allergic reaction, or death. The campground (or its affiliates or assigns) are not responsible for the actions of campers.
15. Come at any time during the open times mentioned above. Please stop at the gate, register if you see someone at a table, or come to the house and knock. We will welcome you graciously and help you fill out the apropriate paperwork. Entering unannounced and without registration can result in expulsion from the site for the safety of our campers. 16. Please be advised that there are no camping supplies available on site. Please pack accordingly, and for your convenience, please use our suggested Packing List as a guide.
