All Vendors get in for $20 up to 2 adults. Extra adults are for the current price of admittance. and everyone must sign all waivers and acknowledgement of other Gods and Goddesses-Keeps the religious intolerance out!
The total amount of spaces available will be 20, on a FIRST notified me/come, FIRST SERVED basis.
I will try to screen and avoid duplication of goods as much as possible.
The charge will be $20 per outdoor space. the space is as large as you want it to be. You must provide for your own shelter.
You can have a max of 2 people total- including you, per booth free. aditional adult is $35
You should provide your own pavilion.
The vendor registration will now be submitted at the gate (but you must let me know in advance if you are coming! E-mail me at gryphonsnestgifts@yahoo.com - and you can pay at the gate for additional adults if you decide at the last minute
You must provide your own extension cords and splitters. We will be using my generator unless you have an ultra quiet one and you are willing to share or charge a maximum of $5.00 to other vendors.
You can park your storage trailer, tent, and car next to your site- but if you are constantly coming and going, I would expect you to park your car in another site so not to disturb the campers and events.
You may bring a RV but review the RULES page on what I expect.
You can't set up your site until I am there so if you come early- like wends. evening- sit and relax and wait for me!
Be sure to be prepared for bad weather - Louisiana is very unpredictable! but the Farmers Almanac says it should be nice! This is a rain or shine event absolutely no refunds!
You are responsible for any sales tax, vendor's permits ect.. I expect everyone to get one and to pay your taxes! I have the form for the Parish. I hear you must have one for the State of LA. It's up to you, if the Tax police come around it's your problem.
At the end of the festival I expect your site to be clean of trash! all bagged up and put in the trash trailer. If you leave your site a mess you won't be back!
All vendors will be located in the central field, no vendor will be set up in the club house unless you have sensitive equip- we will talk!
