Want to be a volunteer for the Festival?
Ok here's the deal! Everyone volunteers a few hours but I need a couple of major ones!
1. It's a first come first serve basis! call me at
225-532-9520 or take your chances by signing up at the gate and tell me you would like to volunteer!
2. You get in free if I have a slot! the rest of the family or Frends get in at regular price unless they want to volunteer too.
The slots!
1. Trash guy/gal 1 slot (for the entire festival), check all trash cans around the grounds and clubhouse, 1 time a day and bring the bags to the front of the road- Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Sun.
Taken- no slots
2. Out house duty-- 1 slot just check 1 time a day to make sure there is toilet paper and seats are clean
3. Clubhouse duty- 1 Slot. Make sure both men's and womens bathrooms have toilet paper, paper towels. and toilets are clean enough to do your (duty) without critters getting in anybody's yoohoo!
and make sure showers are clean enough. Taken! no slots
4. Security at night 1 slot-- after 11:00 pm. be at the gate - camp!- Sleep! just be there in case some one tries to come in. The gate is closed after 11:00 P.M- Taken!!!!- no slots
5. Tiki Torch duty 1 slot for Fri and Sat- make sure the torches are full of fuel and lit at night and at the end of the festival - empty the fuel and put the torches away.
6. Herald -1 slot Fri and Sat- to announce the classes to the surrounding campground post up the schedules on the outhouses.

7. General Security-- 1 Slot make sure no one is doing unwarranted picture taking, drug taking, nudity romping, altar defacing etc.. Fri and Sat.- Taken- not slots
